CanaGlobal Network LLC — Terms of Service for Digital Products, Programs, Memberships, and Bundles

Effective Date: May 25th, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your purchase, access, and use of any digital product, online course, playbook, bundle, membership, community, live working session, downloadable resource, or related service offered by CanaGlobal Network LLC ("CanaGlobal," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the Startup Playbook, Faith Playbook, Purpose Playbook, and Founder Formation Bundle (collectively, the "Programs").

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any Program, and by checking the agreement box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Programs.

2. Programs Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future CanaGlobal Network LLC digital products and related offerings, including: on-demand courses, bundles, memberships or community subscriptions, weekly live working sessions, downloadable materials, digital libraries, and related educational or faith-based resources.

If a specific checkout page or sales page includes product-specific terms (such as price, billing frequency, included features, or access duration), those product-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase and use the Programs.

You are responsible for: providing accurate purchase and account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

Access is personal to you. You may not transfer, share, sublicense, or resell your access.

4. Fees, Payment, and Billing

You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout for the Program you purchase. Unless a payment plan is expressly offered at checkout, all fees are due in full at the time of purchase.

Access to the Program will be granted after successful payment processing.

You authorize CanaGlobal Network LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and authorized recurring charges, if any.

5. Recurring Memberships, Community Access, and Live Sessions

Some Programs may include an optional or required recurring charge for community access, memberships, or weekly live working sessions.

If you enroll in a recurring option, you authorize CanaGlobal Network LLC to charge your payment method at the billing frequency and amount disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel recurring billing at any time before your next billing date by: using any cancellation method provided in your account, if available, or contacting info@canaglobal.org

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Charges already processed are not refunded except where required by law.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Except where required by applicable law, CanaGlobal Network LLC does not offer refunds for any Program, membership, bundle, digital product, or related purchase, including for: non-use, partial use, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, change of circumstances, or failure to complete the material.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, CanaGlobal Network LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not: share your login credentials, copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, or resell any Program content, create derivative works or competing programs based on Program content, remove intellectual property notices, or use the Program materials for commercial teaching, training, coaching, or consulting without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including videos, audio, written content, templates, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, downloads, recordings, and other materials, is owned by CanaGlobal Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by your purchase or use of the Programs.

9. Community Standards and Right to Remove Access

If a Program includes a membership, community, live session, or interactive component, you agree to engage respectfully and lawfully.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you: violate these Terms, share access or Program materials, disrupt the experience for others, engage in harassment, abuse, defamation, or unlawful conduct, infringe the rights of others, or act in a way that harms CanaGlobal Network LLC, its community, or its reputation.

10. Educational Use Only; No Professional Advice

All Programs are provided for educational, informational, and, where applicable, faith-based purposes only.

Nothing in the Programs constitutes: legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, medical advice, therapy, mental health treatment, licensed counseling, or any other professional advice.

Some Programs contain faith-based and personal development content. These Programs are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or pastoral care where needed.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

11. No Guarantee of Results

CanaGlobal Network LLC makes no guarantees regarding: business success, customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, funding, investor interest, personal transformation, spiritual growth, clarity of calling, or any other specific result.

Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, execution, circumstances, market conditions, timing, and decisions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Programs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Programs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation or objectives.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanaGlobal Network LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase, access, or use of any Program.

To the extent permitted by law, CanaGlobal Network LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Programs shall not exceed the amount you paid to CanaGlobal Network LLC for the specific Program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CanaGlobal Network LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: your use of the Programs, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights, or your conduct in any related community or live session.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted or otherwise made available to you. Your continued use of any Program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Programs shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
